Step 1: Click the Apps icon to open all apps in the phone.
Step 2: Tap Settings to access it.
Step 3: Find and choose Lock screen.
Step 4: Click Screen lock to go on.
Step 5: Select Password in the options.
Step 6: Input a code known only by yourself and tap Continue when finished.
In addition, please make sure the password must be at least 4 characters, including at least 1 letter.
